Nr Hythe, Kent: This a lovely opportunity for a professional domestic live in couple ( Butler/Housekeeper) to work in a lovely Mansion House situated on the grounds of gated property with lovely garden and a pool. This property serves as primarily a weekend residence for the client so days off will be during the week. This role requires full care of the property assisted by a daily housekeeper who has been in the role for 20 years. Duties will include butler duties, preparation, cooking and service of meal, housekeeping, caretaking, security and basic maintenance, food shopping and chauffer duties. A keen cook is essential who loves to use local, free range, seasonal and organic ingredients. The couple will be required to work 5 days per week with days off to be during the week and not at the weekend. Hours are as required but flexible is required when the client is in residence with the hours being less demanding during the week when the client is away. Use of a car is provided on duty only. Accommodation is 2 bedrooms with a large lovely living room, working fireplace’s, large light sash windows and well appointed. The lovely well-appointed accommodation is based internally within the house with its own private entrance and is fully furnished. Start ASAP but happy to wait for the right professional couple. Salary: £800 - £900 per week net combined plus accommodation.

Dawlish, Devon: This is a lovely position for a flexible professional couple who are keen cooks and able to work independently. A couple with well-behaved dogs and or children will be considered. Duties will include cooking healthy British & Mediterranean food, housekeeping, working with other cleaning staff, security of the house & property, occasional driving, general maintenance and other domestic couple duties. The couple will be required to work five days a week with days off generally Tuesday & Wednesday. Flexibility on hours will be required especially when the principals are in residence an average of 45 hours ore week is a good guide. Accommodation provided is a lovely self-contained 3 bedroom maisonette. Drivers with clean drivers licence essential. A negotiable salary will be paid of £20.000-£24.000 per annum (gross) per person neg plus pension

The house is set on 3 acres of beautiful garden and has 5 bedrooms. The couple should be able to provide housekeeping, laundry management, cooking, maintenance and driving to very high standard and work with minimal direction. There will also be at a later date a requirement to assist with the care and management of two further small properties within the UK and abroad. The position is 5 flexible days per week. Saudi Arabia: Our client is looking for a mature, capable, well skilled, proactive professional Estate / House Manager for a recently refurbished farmhouse with 5 bedrooms & extensive gardens, fish ponds, vegetable gardens etc located in a lovely rural location 30 minutes from Riyadh. The house manager will be entirely responsible for the smooth day-to-day running / maintenance of the house & grounds from start to finish. There is also responsibility for onsite staff such as gardeners and maintenance personnel (approx. 5 people) all reporting to the house manager. Days & Hours for this position must be flexible on the needs of the role and if the family or guests are in residence but generally the house manager will work 6 days a week. Nice, well-appointed staff accommodation is provided. 30 days of paid annual holiday to be taken by prior arrangement in one block. Start ASAP but will wait for the right person.
