Why use an agency when booking a Maternity Nurse

You have found your Maternity Nurse, but she likes to work through an agency. How do you benefit from paying agency fees?

We willingly introduce to our clients high quality maternity nurses with a genuine commitment to their positions. All maternity nurses registered with us have met with our high standards and are continually reference checked throughout their working history.

Support from us, should your maternity nurse be sick, or unable to start on time.

Should your maternity nurse fall sick, we will work with you to find an emergency support for you whilst your Maternity Nurse is off. This will ensure that you have all of the support your family needs during this precious time for you.

Things are not working out as planned with your maternity nurse.

Sometimes the relationship between the family and the maternity nurse does not worked out as planned.  This can sometimes purely be down to certain personalities not being able to work together.  We are here to help for the duration of the booking and are at the end of the phone should you need support. We can advise and help you through any issues that may arise during this period by helping to smooth things out and hopefully rectify the issue you may be experiencing.

Contracts for the duration of the booking.

Some maternity nurses have their own contracts to cover their bookings. For those that don’t, we will use our own contract which can be drawn up on behalf of you and the maternity nurse.

Discount off our agency fee.

If booking your maternity nurse through Eden, we will offer you a 10% discount off our agency fee.  When speaking to our consultants, please just quote MATREF10% along with the name of the maternity nurse who has given you this information leaflet and who you would like to book. We will make sure the discount is added to your invoice.
