Role: Maternity Team Consultant
Location: Crewkerne (Full-time, office-based)

We’re looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join our maternity division in a role that blends administration, digital engagement, and long-term consultant development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build and develop their career in a specialist area, while recognising the importance of learning the foundations first. Based in our Crewkerne office, you’ll be joining a smaller, supportive team in a relaxed but professional environment where collaboration and day-to-day teamwork are central. The position begins with supporting the team on the administrative side — gaining a solid grip on our processes, workflows, compliance and the pace of the desk — and, over time, developing into a consultant role within the maternity team, working collaboratively rather than independently.

A strong administrative background is essential, along with someone who is comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, shared documents and social media as part of their daily workflow. We’re looking for someone who understands the value of the digital market — someone who can support our online presence, help with role promotion across social platforms, and engage confidently with a modern, tech-driven workflow.

We welcome someone who can work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive team environment. Strong communication skills, warmth, and confidence speaking to both candidates and high-end clients are key. The right person will be proactive, curious, and naturally inclined to notice what needs doing rather than waiting to be instructed — somebody who brings ideas, energy and a sense of momentum.

You don’t need a maternity or childcare background to succeed in this role.
