4 day a week chauffeur role supporting senior executives and their families.

Job Summary:

Our client is looking to recruit 2 chauffeurs to support senior executives and their families. One will focus on 1 client covering business and personal and another will cover 2 clients as secondary driver again covering a mix of both business and personal driving. This is a 4 day week role (3 week days and 1 weekend day) approximately 47 hours a week.



  • Manage and co-ordinates activities to provide chauffeur and support services to the main board
  • Provide cover for families during the day if not required by the principles
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained (COVID safe, clean, hoovered, MOT’d & serviced)
  • Working with the security team as and when required
  • Reporting on journeys/activities as required
  • Ensure timesheets and mileage logs are completed daily and kept electronically
  • Maintain a relationship with contracted external chauffeur company to assist with additional services as and when required.
  • Acts as the point of contact for the EA for daily chauffeur service requirements.
  • Ensuring a professional, polite, reliable, and punctual service is always delivered



  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional chauffeur driving for clients and their families, ideally at an executive or equivalent level
  • Discretion and confidentiality are key to this role
  • Flexible approach to delivering the required services
  • Geographical knowledge is essential, especially within Central London
  • Capable of using Outlook, Excel (basic) and Word, basic office administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem solving skills – able to think pragmatically and outside the box
  • Proactive in approach – retains information and able to utilise for forward planning
  • Ability to deliver services to a high standard even in challenging and changing circumstances
  • Punctuality is essential
  • Situational awareness/ counter surveillance awareness skills
  • Advanced driving qualification/Evasive driving/Security training is desirable

DBS check will be required
