Lovely all-rounder role to work with a busy professional family in Teddington!

This wonderful opportunity has arisen to work as a Housekeeper/Daily Nanny/PA with a lovely family in Teddington with a 3-year-old, and soon-to-be family of 4 as they are expecting a new-born in April.
It’s a flexible, exciting role that involves childcare, household organisation, and PA work for a down-to-earth couple that owns their own business.  Duties will include household management and organisation as well as picking up the 3-year-old from school. They are looking for someone loving, calm, organised, and flexible who will feel like part of the family and can lend themselves to most tasks!

 

General duties:

  • Household management
  • Admin duties which may include errands or picking up paperwork occasionally
  • School pick-ups (5-minute walk away)
  • Supervising contractors (meeting with workmen/occasionally letting in contractors to rental properties)
  • Light housework and overall ensuring the house is kept in order – the family has a weekly cleaner who does the deep cleaning
  • Cooking healthy meals for the family
  • Driving duties include tasks such as taking the car into the garage/arranging MOT etc.

Candidate requirements: 

  • Able to cook (ideally you would have a food hygiene certificate)
  • Gentle and warm natured personality who will be discreet
  • Flexible in terms of the duties, able to do the housework and also be flexible for childcare duties for example
  • Household management experience
  • Driver preferred
  • Happy with sole charge and shared charge of the children
  • Experience with new-borns and having worked with similar-aged children
