Fantastic opportunity just in, separate flat, great hours earlier Friday finish what could be better? These lovely first-time parents are looking for an amazing top notch nanny to start in July when mum returns to work.
Job Summary: This is a lovely position for an experienced, kind loving nanny to start in July. This professional young couple are hoping to find a career nanny who will want to stay with them for many years. They are offering a gorgeous self-contained flat which in a gorgeous area of London close to Canary Wharf and Victoria Park. The little boy is described as easy going, sociable and in a great routine he will be a delight to look after.
General duties:
- Sole charge care
- Researching and attending classes and local activities that are age appropriate and will help with their son?s development ? the family are keen to have their son socialising wit other children his age.
- Preparing healthy nutritious snacks and meals ? the baby will have started weaning by the time you start.
- Keeping his play area and nursery tidy and organises
- Travelling on some holidays generally once a year
Candidate requirements:
- Fluent English skills are essential.
- Experience with babies is a must- confident with all the developmental milestones including baby led weaning.
- A self-starter who is proactive will take the lead on finding local activities and classes.
- Kind and nurturing, instil good manners and discipline.
- Good communication ? the family will think of you as the third parent and open communication is important to ensure their son has consistency and love.
- The family have a strong preference for a Norland trained nanny , they value education as being very important and would want at least someone with Cache level 3 qualification
- ideally 5 years or more experience working with babies and young children
Accommodation: One bedroom apartment in Bow, EC3 ( 20 minute cycle ride to the home, 45 mins on public transport)
DBS check required at offer stage.
