Rota nanny position in Monaco offering separate accommodation
A family located in Monaco is looking for a rota nanny to care for their three school aged children. The successful candidate will provide educational, emotional, and behavioural support for the children and be able to work as a team, due to it being in a fully staffed home.
The family are looking for someone to work on a Rota set up – one week on and one week off. When on Rota you will be required to be flexible and stay overnight when required and will be paid additional as well as when travelling (€200 net per night). During travel the nanny will be required to have flexibility with their rota set up. The family travel mainly during school holidays and generally 1 to 2 weeks.
Job specification:
- Working in rotation with another nanny – 1 week on/off
- Supporting the children with all homework, studies and school projects
- Encouraging independence, manners, etiquette and discipline
- Organizing children’s rooms and wardrobes
- Supervising routines, activities, outings
- Supporting household operations
- Full availability during travel
- Ability to manage children alone as needed
- Liaising with other staff and coordination with baby’s nanny
Accommodation: Own bedroom and shared bathroom in separate apartment
Candidate specification:
- 5+ years’ experience in fully staffed private households
- Warm, dynamic, mature personality
- EU passport mandatory
- Childcare qualifications required as well as experience working with similar ages
- Fluent and proficient English is required
Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
