Planning for Your Staffing Requirements

Whilst adhering to government guidelines & restrictions and staying safe and well, we are encouraging clients to use this time effectively to plan ahead for when this crisis is over. This means that we can continue to work for you to find the right staff for your household/business with a bit of forward planning.

Eden has also taken the decision that, for the time being, and for full time placements only, you will not have to pay our fees until the candidate actually starts work with you, thereby giving some breathing space during this period of financial instability.

In addition, if you are in a position to, or would like to pay your invoice immediately, then we can offer you a 10% reduction on the fee.

So, here’s what to do:

  1. Contact Eden to discuss the type of help you are going to need for your household/company (now or in 3/ 6 months’ time)
  2. Eden will source the best possible candidates for the role and deal with all the relevant paperwork in readiness for you to start ‘interviewing’
  3. Eden will schedule ‘video interviews’ for you, so you can start meeting candidates right away

Once you have found the right person for you, all the necessary paperwork will be completed, but you will not be invoiced for payment immediately (unless you specifically ask to be).
