Resourceful and adaptable, Helen will confidently support new parents, with feeding by either bottle or breast, guide through any issues such as reflux or colic, and help with weaning. Whilst respecting the parents’ wishes, Helen with implement a routine according to the different family schedules. Skilled at supporting first time parents and growing families, Helen will teach and guide them with all aspects of newborn care, whilst reassuring the family, leaving them confident in caring for their baby.
