Iva joins Eden with over 20 year’s professional childcare experience. Her initial role as an Au-Pair in 1998 paved the way for a remarkable childcare career that followed. Working with families as a Nanny from 1999 to 2017, Iva committed to supporting families with their baby’s, successfully navigating each developmental milestone until school age. Gaining tangible experience with each role, Iva began working with families to offer overnight support for their baby’s and continues to offer high quality care to single babies and twins in the London area.

Employing both practical and theoretical knowledge, Iva is highly educated having gained the CACHE childcare award along with a nationally recognised Maternity Nurse qualification. Continuing to remain up to date in her field, Iva regularly to expand her knowledge base by attending workshops and achieving further sleep related qualifications. An encyclopaedia of knowledge on sleep related issues, Iva excels in roles where she can work with parents to identify and trouble shoot a range of sleep problems from establishing a solid night routine to sleep regression whilst always teaching and guiding parents each step of the way.
