A superb chef who has spent the last 5 years with a high-profile family as their dedicated, personal chef. This was an all-encompassing role cooking for the family, a permanent team of staff and up to 50 shoots a year all while managing a team of 6 kitchen staff. With a great background in hotels and restaurants he is now seeking a role again with a private family but on a more condensed scale.
A highly organised and methodical chef who remains flexible to your needs, whether it is a last-minute guest or a craving for a certain meal, he has the experience to ensure expectations are met. Confident cooking a wide variety of cuisines in a style that matches your lifestyle or event from simple family buffet style to formal dining fit for royalty.
For those on a country estate hosting shoots, he has cooked a variety of game, venison etc for large numbers so you can relax knowing there is a seasoned professional in charge of this area.
In addition to his excellent cooking ability, he will run your kitchen, he can manage staff if required, take ownership of all grocery shopping, menu planning and all other matters impacting on the kitchen and mealtime.
