Confident and versatile chef with a background in French Michelin star restaurants and HNW shooting estates. Having travelled extensively throughout his career, he understands different tastes and has picked up techniques which further his culinary offerings. With a positive and flexible attitude, he will listen to your individual requirements and prepare accordingly. Whether you are looking for Michelin Star cuisine at home to wow your friends, hosting an informal dinner party of having a traditional British shooting weekend, he will be able to offer exactly what you need.

Although constantly learning, particular specialities include, Traditional British, Classic French, Italian, Mediterranean and elements of Japanese cooking. Furthermore, he can amend these recipes to coincide with any dietary requirements whether they be health/lifestyle related of guided by religious preference (e.g. Kosher). In his most recent role with a private family he would regularly cater for formal shooting weekends, breakfast, lunch and dinner, canapes, starters, mains and desserts. No stranger to a busy role.

To further demonstrate his suitability to private work, he happily stepped in to assist with house management duties from coordinating domestic staff, Grocery shopping, restocking pantry/wine cellar and even helping with gardening and bee keeping!
