Summary

He is an amazingly talented chef who has had great opportunities to create a few kitchens from the ground up. He originally comes from Italy where he studied to become a chef at a prestigious culinary school. After he began his career working in different restaurants around Europe developing his skills and shortly after started working as a private chef for an Italian ambassador.

He has experience creating kitchens so has a great understanding of how they work. He has helped design and fully staff them. He has great management skills and helps with staff training. He is able to source the best local ingredients, create different menus for adults and children, and enjoys cooking for large dinner parties. He can single handily cook a 3-course meal for up to 20 people and loves making everything from scratch including bread, pastries and desserts. He has worked with a variety of different allergies and dietary requirements and is a pro with a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle as that’s his dietary preference. He has a wide range of knowledge of different cuisines from around the world including Italian, Japanese, Vietnamese, French, Greece and Mediterranean.

When we met him, he came across as someone who is up for a challenge, passionate about cooking and multitalented in the kitchen.
