Daily Nanny

Location: Croydon/South West London

Reference: ELC- 1139693

Summary

L is a fabulously engaging nanny candidate who is full of energy and passion for her role working with children! She comes across as upbeat and energetic with a really positive attitude. Eden can hardly stop smiling after interviewing her! L originally went into childcare as she loved being around children and it felt like the obvious choice and a natural progression for her after finishing her studies. She spent ten years as a nursery nurse and then moved on to become a nanny.

L loves the freedom and spontaneity of being a nanny to be able to tailor activities to her charges specific interests and needs. She describes herself as outdoorsy and creative, loves painting and messy play. L has a great bank of activities up her sleeve from her nursery days and also a good knowledge of the EYFS. She believes in boosting children’s self-esteem which comes across in her approach.

L acted as SENCO in nurseries and has worked with autistic children and those with ADHD previously, so is confident working to complement children’s needs. She is used to the hustle and bustle of working in a nursery with situations constantly changing so does not get flustered easily. L has great longevity in her CV, having stayed with one family for ten years, complimenting this with nanny share positions to keep her hand in with caring for younger children.

L is currently looking for a new daily nanny position. She would love to find a four-day position but is flexible to offer five days for the right family. L is confident taking on children from six months old. She is ideally situated near a train station to be able to travel easily to south west London and can consider walking to locations in Croydon. It is clear that L enjoys her job and will always give her best to families, so if you are looking for a bubbly, fun and experienced daily nanny, you might just have found your perfect match!
