Daily Spanish Speaking Nanny

Summary

N has been working with children since her arrival to the UK at the end of 2008. Upon working in different environments with different ages, she quickly found that what she loves the most is working one to one with the very young children. N is looking for a new role to enable longevity, starting with a young baby, where she can remain for the long term and offer commitment, dedication and love to a family. With sole care, she is most experienced with babies aged 6 months and above but would also love the opportunity to work with a younger baby on a shared care basis initially. Being a nanny allows N to create a close bond with the children in her care also gives me the freedom to create a routine and plan activities based on their own needs which she believes is key to raising happy children. N is a Spanish speaker, and loves being able to help children learn Spanish! N’s approach is very much influenced by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and she considers herself to have a ‘fair but firm’ approach with a belief in the importance for children to have boundaries. What N loves most about her role is being able to help families, and she is such a natural with children. She loves to help children reach their milestones and finds it so rewarding to see her work shine through in their development.
