Summary

He has superb longevity in all of his roles offering holistic, hands on management of both private, tenanted and commercial properties.

 

In a domestic setting he has been the main point of contact for large estates made up domestic property and gardens, farm land (contracted out) and tenanted properties. Technically minded he’s very confident in his ability to undertake typical household/vehicle or garden machinery maintenance. Where more specialist knowledge/technical ability is required, he can perform an initial assessment to ensure contractors offer a fair and accurate price for work. A strong negotiator and cost conscious, he will benefit your bank account as well as the day to day running of your estate.

 

More personal duties have included looking after the property in the principal’s absence, driving them or moving vehicles across Europe, London and the wider UK and organising/coordinating large events at the country estate.

 

All associated administration from expenses for the estate, collecting rent from tenanted properties, ordering oil/red diesel and vehicle admin. An excellent all-rounder with a professional and personable approach with a strong understanding of private estates.
