Location: Middle East, London, Europe

Summary
Highly experienced professional Nanny, Nanny PA and Nanny/Housekeeper seeking a long-term role, offering exceptional longevity, confident childcare and flexible household support for busy private families.
Professional Overview
This highly experienced Nanny, Nanny PA and Nanny/Housekeeper brings over 15 years of private household experience, with a particularly impressive record of longevity and commitment. She spent approximately nine years with one London family, joining when the youngest child was just three months old and remaining as the children grew, adapting her responsibilities as the family’s needs changed. She is currently completing a four-year position with an international family in Saudi Arabia, caring for three children aged four, eight and eleven within a formal, fully staffed household.
Her experience spans babies through to school-age children and encompasses sole and shared-charge care, school routines, homework, playdates, appointments, extracurricular activities and extended international travel. Alongside childcare, she is genuinely happy taking on wider household responsibilities, including cleaning, family laundry and ironing, cooking, wardrobe organisation, shopping and errands. Her additional PA experience gives her another valuable layer of organisation, making her particularly versatile for families seeking someone capable of supporting both their children and the practical demands of a busy private household.
Added-Value Differentiators
Her versatility is one of her strongest assets. She can confidently move between childcare, PA responsibilities and hands-on household support according to what a family needs. Her substantial Nanny/Housekeeper experience includes general cleaning, dusting, mopping, laundry and ironing, washing dishes, tidying, grocery shopping and maintaining an organised home. She is also highly experienced in managing children’s bedrooms, wardrobes and belongings, including reviewing clothing sizes, purchasing replacements and organising seasonal wardrobe rotations.
Her Personal Assistant background further strengthens her organisational capabilities. She has experience managing diaries, appointments, correspondence, meetings and detailed travel arrangements, as well as handling confidential information with discretion. In her current Nanny role, these skills translate naturally into coordinating three children’s schedules, appointments, school requirements, playdates and extracurricular activities, working alongside the family’s Driver and Housekeeper to ensure their day-to-day lives run smoothly.
She also brings several years of luxury retail management experience, which has developed an excellent eye for presentation, clothing and wardrobe organisation. Having worked closely with private clients in leading London department stores, she understands personalised service, attention to detail and the importance of anticipating individual preferences. This experience is particularly valuable within private households where presentation, discretion and organisation are important.
Cooking is another genuine strength and something she particularly enjoys. She is confident preparing meals for both children and adults, cooking meat and vegetarian dishes and baking cakes, muffins and cookies. Her repertoire includes Polish and Lebanese dishes alongside a broad range of family meals, and she has experience catering around a peanut allergy. She is equally comfortable planning children’s meals, grocery shopping and ensuring the household is appropriately stocked.
International experience is also a significant part of her background. She currently travels with her employers approximately two to three times per year and has supported them during extended trips of up to three months. She is accustomed to packing and unpacking for children, maintaining their routines abroad, preparing meals and ensuring their schedules continue smoothly while travelling. Having lived and worked in both the UK and Middle East, she is comfortable adapting to different cultures, household structures and expectations.
Soft Skills & Temperament
Friendly, straightforward and down-to-earth, she has a personable manner and connects naturally with both adults and children. Her childcare approach is calm and friendly, and she places considerable importance on building a genuine relationship with the children in her care. She enjoys playing with them, spending meaningful time together and becoming someone they feel comfortable with and can trust.
Her long-term positions demonstrate the commitment she can bring to a family. She is adaptable and comfortable understanding where she fits within a household, whether working closely with parents or alongside Housekeepers, Drivers and other staff. Her experience within formal private households, Personal Assistant positions and luxury client environments has also given her a strong understanding of discretion, professional boundaries and confidential information.
Outside work, she is active, sociable and independent. She enjoys running, going to the gym, playing tennis and travelling, and frequently uses her time off to explore different cities and countries. She connects easily with people and is comfortable adapting to new environments and cultures, qualities that complement her extensive international private household experience.
What the Candidate Is Seeking
She is seeking a full-time, long-term Nanny, Nanny PA or Nanny/Housekeeper position and is genuinely open to roles incorporating a substantial household element alongside childcare. She is happy to undertake family laundry and ironing, general cleaning, dusting, mopping, cooking, wardrobe organisation, shopping and errands, making her particularly suitable for families looking for flexible support rather than a narrowly defined childcare position.
Geographically, she is highly flexible and will consider opportunities in London, Europe and the Middle East, relocating for the right family where required. She is open to both live-in and live-out positions, with a preference for live-out where practical. For a live-in position, she would preferably have separate accommodation or, at minimum, her own bedroom and bathroom.
She is comfortable caring for up to three children of any age and can work in sole or shared charge, provide proxy parenting and babysitting, and work alongside parents who are based at home. She is equally comfortable within formal and informal private households and alongside other household staff. Her preference is for a Monday to Friday structure of up to approximately 50 hours per week, although she can consider up to 60 hours and weekend support for the right position. She is also extremely flexible regarding international travel and is comfortable accompanying employers for extended periods.
