Passionate private chef who takes the stress and complexities out of meals times ensuring your family are eating varied and quality meals throughout the day. Having establish an interest in cooking from an early age and her first taste of working life coming from the world renowned Le Manoir, there is no questioning her commitment to the role and her desire to continue learning.
After a season as a chef in a ski chalet, she secured her first role in a private household working alongside another chef within a fully staffed formal home catering for the principals, their children, and regular guests. From regular family meals to intricate canapes and plated 3 course meals, she gradually took on more responsibility from the existing chef including menu planning and shopping culminating in travelling with the family for up to 2 months.
She then went on to work in a more informal family home where standards were still high. Cooking for domestic staff as well as the family, she’s confident cooking a range of cuisines from Ottolenghi and middle eastern cuisines to Mediterranean and Asian dishes. As the sole chef she was fully responsible for all provisioning, working directly with the children, researching new recipes and adapting to any dietary requirements.
Previous employers have complimented her on her professional attitude, consistency and imagination and she comes across as a warm and friendly individual who could fit beautifully in any private household.
