Summary

Trained Chef who has spent the last 13 years working alongside his wife in a domestic couple role is now seeking a new role individually open to live-in and live-out opportunities. Despite working for a titled, high profile individual the environment was a mix of formal and informal so he can confidently adapt to your chosen requirements. Furthermore, as a houseman he can undertake a variety of other duties when not cooking or take care of the home if you are in part-time residence.

As a chef is confident cooking a variety of cuisines, his most recent employers favoured traditional English cuisine but would entertain regularly so he can increase the standards to suit your profile of guest and is well accustomed to adapting to last minute guests.

When not cooking, we would undertake a variety of duties from light garden and household maintenance, assisting with cleaning, hosting guests, dog care and driving. He is a member of the British chauffeur guild and has received advanced driver training. In the latter stages of his most recent role, in true testament to his willingness to go the extra mile, he began to take on an element of personal care as the principal became more fragile.
