Summary

He is a hardworking and skilled candidate who is confident carrying out an array of tasks on the estate. He has an excellent reputation of longevity within his roles and is now on the looking out to secure his next position where he can make a real difference to the estate.

Outside he is confident carrying out all groundsman duties, using and maintaining garden machinery including mowers and diggers, carrying out gardening duties, maintaining fences and pathways, and managing estate security. When it comes to projects, he is happy to carry out as much of the work as he can, and for more specialist tasks he would source and manage contractors. A experienced tree surgeon he is skilled in all woodland management, including planting new trees and ensuing that they thrive alongside more established specimen trees.  He will look after all estate vehicles and run errands as required.

Inside the home he is more than happy to assist with maintenance, decorating, and moving heavy furniture, as well as accepting deliveries and overseeing servicemen.

He is comfortable working alone, as part of a team, or taking on a team leader role. He has often had staff working under him where he was responsible for sharing out the workload, training, and quality checking.

Taking pride in his work and being conscious of his employer’s time and money, he always strives to overachieve their expectations in order to produce the best results. He loves a varied role and is passionate about his work.

He is an avid country lover who enjoys being outdoors and being involved in various country pursuits.
