An incredibly popular Maternity Nurse, Marine has been involved in professional childcare since 2007 supporting families as a Maternity Nurse, Nanny and Foster Carer. Trading her previous roles within the commercial sector to pursue her passion of caring for children, Marnie has supported a wide range of families and children in her role as a Foster Carer and roles within a Nursery where she has gained excellent exposure to various situations and has cared for newborns through to teenagers. Dedicated to the care of babies, Marnie is now focusing her career to support families as a Maternity Nurse in both the UK and Overseas.
Displaying a natural affinity with babies, Marine has a unique insight into early childhood development and confidently supports developmental milestones with her expertise in weaning, fine and gross motor skills, sleep training and language development. Familiar with on-demand, structured and baby-led approaches to routine, Marnie will always work with parents to meet the needs of their baby and is highly respectful of the parents preferred approach to structure. Excelling in roles where she can teach and guide parents, Marnie’s gentle and supportive nature allows her to work perfectly with parents to build their confidence but is always on hand to offer solutions to any issues that arise. Inclusive of the complete family unit, Marnie smoothly dispels any signs of sibling rivalry and delicately aids their transition to their new role within the family. Mindful of creating a calm and stress free environment when parents are welcoming home their newborn, Marine is highly proactive and will instinctively support with a range of light household duties.
