Having been involved in professional childcare for 35 years, Penny has a fantastic range of knowledge on all aspects of baby and childcare. Penny’s love for children was evident from her very first Nanny position.  Starting her career in 1983, Penny gained valuable experience supporting various families with babies and young children, including twins and families with several children.  Taking time away from the industry in 1985, Penny worked for the Metropolitan Police, using her childcare knowledge to support the child protection department.  After nearly 10 years within this role, Penny transitioned back to full time childcare, working within a Nursery in in a management capacity.  Returning to Nanny roles in 2013, Penny continued her personal development, qualifying as a Maternity Nurse in 2016 where she now supports families looking for a Maternity Nurse or Maternity Nanny on a live in basis in the UK and Overseas.

A terrific Maternity Nurse, many families have greatly benefited from Penny’s impressive spectrum of knowledge on all aspects of baby care, including the care of twins and premature babies.  Penny’s particular strength is her ability to support newborns through to early childhood and beyond, taking pride in sharing her extensive knowledge with parents to guide them through each step of their child’s development.
