A lovely Maternity Nurse, Anneka has accumulated a wide range of skills and knowledge in all aspects of newborn care.  Prior to beginning her Maternity career, Anneka worked in various care settings supporting patients with various medical requirements, ranging from young children to adults.  Registering as a Childminder in 2013, Anneka supported children aged 8 and above, specialising in the care of children with additional educational needs.  Moving into Maternity Nanny roles in 2018, Anneka supported families with children of ranging ages and after obtaining the nationally recognised Maternity Nurse qualification in 2019, Anneka embarked on her Maternity Nurse career.  Having gained experience caring for premature babies and multiples, Anneka is looking for her next role supporting families on a live in basis throughout the UK and Overseas.

Anneka’s vast and varied experience has proven invaluable to clients seeking a confident and incredibly capable Maternity Nurse. Clearly passionate about her role, Anneka loves to ensure that all babies and children in her care are happy and healthy and is a strong advocate of creating calm and structured environments that promotes wellbeing for all the family.  An excellent communicator, Anneka takes time to listen and understand parents’ requirements and has proven to be a great source of both practical and emotional support. With previous experience of working within fully staffed households, Anneka is highly respectful of different cultures and is extremely proficient at supporting families with international travel.
