Immensely nurturing and gentle, Eden is delighted to welcome Winnie and support her career as a Maternity Nurse.  With 9 years professional childcare experience Winnie has always supported babies throughout her career and has gained fantastic experience supporting families as both a Nanny and Maternity Nurse.  Looking to utilise her baby knowledge, Winnie is available for roles  supporting families with either a single baby or twins in London and Kent on a daily or nightly basis.

Combining her practical and theoretical knowledge, Winnie has a wide range of skills she loves to share with parents.  Confident to support newborns through to school age children, Winnie is aware of and encouraging of various developmental milestones and is happy to offer parents guidance on a range of topics.  Valuing routine, Winnie can set a structure that suits the family and has the experience to adapt this as their baby develops. With proven experience of establishing sleep routines, Winnie takes time to offer parents useful tips to implement during the day, expertly complimenting the night structure she has established. Incredibly family focused, Winnie has a natural ability to engage and include older children and delicately resolve any early signs of sibling rivalry.  Highly observant, Winnie can quickly understand the family dynamics and offers support around the family home as needed.
