Flutura is a truly delightful childcare professional with a vast array of experience caring for babies and children of all ages. Starting her career in 2007, Flutura worked as a part time Nursery Assistant alongside a role as a Nanny caring for 5 month old twins. Deciding to concentrate on developing her knowledge working directly with families, Flutura left her role at the Nursey in 2010 and has provided outstanding care and longevity to clients building an impressive skill set in caring for twins and families with children of varying ages. Having initially registered with the Nanny Department at Eden, Flutura is now working with the Maternity Team who is incredibly excited to support her as she builds her Maternity Nurse career supporting families in London on a daily or nightly basis caring for single babies and twins.
Demonstrating a fantastic working knowledge of developmental milestones, Flutura combines her practical experience with nationally recognised qualifications in Maternity Nursing and early childcare development. Working in unison with parents, Flutura offers insightful advice on all aspects of baby care and establishing a routine that works for the family dynamics. Flutura’s dedication and professionalism is evident in the attentive and detailed notes that she keeps when providing care to babies and the informative suggestions and guidance she provides to ensure the babies are happy and secure.
