Starting her career as a Nanny in 1977, Liz gained valuable experience working in client’s homes caring for children of various ages before completing her NNEB training and taking her first maternity bookings in 1980 and has supported families with single babies and twins over four decades.

Liz has expertise implementing a variety of routine styles ranging from relaxed baby-led approaches to the simple structure of Tracey Hogg and the more ridged methodology of Gina Ford. With a preference of working with more flexible approaches, Liz’s vast experience allows her to tailor schedules to meet the needs of individual babies and suit the lifestyle of each family she works with.  Patient and focused, Liz consistently impresses families with her ability to train babies to settle quickly and calmly and self-soothe as part of their routine. With amazing knowledge of breast and bottle-feeding Liz offers unbiased support and guidance on a range of issues faced by new mothers and receives high praise for her professionalism and methodical approach to supporting feeding and weigh-gain issues.
