Starting her professional childcare career after completing her NNEB in 1979, Melanie started working with families as a Nanny supporting children from the ages of newborn to 11 years old. With over 40 years’ worth of experience within the profession, Melanie is an amazing Maternity Nurse who can support families with not only single babies but also twin babies, whilst using her outstanding awareness and abilities achieved.
With her gentle approach to routines, Melanie focuses on baby needs whilst allowing a structure to be implemented according to the parent’s requirements. With her talents to adapt to different situations, Melanie will teach and guide with all aspects of newborn care, including breastfeeding support and assist with transition to bottle feeding and is confident in providing amazing advice if needed. Melanie is totally family focused and will deliver the highest quality of service and is comfortable working with older siblings.
