Summary

A Senior Staff Nurse within Special Care, with 4 years’ experience within a Neonatal Unit, specialising in premature babies, high risk new-borns and multiples, E is the perfect choice for parents requiring a medially trained Maternity Nurse.

As a Senior Special Care Nurse, we are delighted to be working with Ella, as she embarks on her Maternity Nursing career. Originally trained and working as an adult nurse, E soon realised her passion for caring for Newborn and young babbies. Whilst undergoing additional nursing training as a neonatal and special care nurse, E gained useful experience within a home environment, working as a nanny.

From 2018 until present, E has worked supporting new families within a hospital setting as a staff nurse and her expertise lies in breast and bottle feeding, establishing feeding routines- including twins and triplets-, medication management, caring for babies with reflux and babies with additional needs.

A warm and caring individual, E is incredibly responsible and adaptable, always taking time to consider the wishes of new parents, guiding and offering support where needed.

E is looking for Daily, Nights in the Brighton area, or 24 hours in the Uk, Europe and worldwide.
