A genuine, loving and caring Maternity Nurse, Hamdi started her professional childcare career in 2004 as a Nursing Assistant in a hospital, working alongside Midwives and Doctors, assisting with high-risk pregnancies. Taking a step up in 2008, Hamdi moved onto working as a Healthcare Assistant within a Gynaecological and Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit. After 4 years, Hamdi made the decision to change to her career and started to work as a Maternity Support Worker working alongside Community Midwives, teaching in antenatal classes, to include all aspects of newborn care. Following her years of experience and gaining a considerable amount of knowledge, Hamdi started her first role as a Maternity Nurse in 2016 and has continued to build a fantastic CV, to include an extensive range of skills supporting newborns.
Devoted and passionate to her role, Hamdi always provides a first class level of care supporting Mum’s during the precious early weeks. Alongside her fantastic hands on experience, Hamdi has achieved a recognised Maternity Nurse qualification as well as undergoing extensive training to support breastfeeding. She has proven herself an outstanding Maternity Nurse. Hamdi is incredibly respectful of the family’s wishes and works with them to incorporate a routine that suits their family dynamics. With a love of sharing her extensive knowledge, Hamdi is a fantastic teacher and loves guiding parents to build their confidence and her naturally warm personality ensures she is inclusive of siblings.
