Nanny

Location: North/Central London

Reference: ELC- 1139132

Summary

B is such a delightful, bubby, engaging, positive, smiley and upbeat nanny! Eden had a lovely registration interview with her and really warmed to her personality. B started her career in a nursery before moving into private households. She now has a good solid ten years of nanny experience behind her. B draws on her nursery experience in terms of EYFS and development knowledge, which she has honed over the years and applies in a nanny environment. She is very aware of ‘ages and stages’ and will assess children’s needs and identify any areas they need to develop in when starting a new role.

It is important for B to find a family that she connects well with and is on the same page with the parents in terms of how they would like their children brought up. This is shown in her CV as she has stayed long term with all families, only leaving when the children start nursery and no longer need a nanny. B hates having nothing to do, so will make sure the children have lots of activities. This could be outdoor activities and classes or arts and crafts/baking with her inside the house to keep them engaged. B is aware that children can lack the social element when they have a nanny so makes a conscious effort to encourage them to socialise through playdates and groups.

B is currently looking for a new daily nanny role. She would love to find a position similar to her current one, working Monday to Friday 10 hours per day. B is available in north or central London and can start with a month’s notice. Her ideal role would be working with a baby from three months old. B would make a delightful addition to the right household, so don’t hesitate – call Eden now to arrange an interview!
