He is a skilled and qualified chef who is passionate about cooking delicious meals for his clients.
He started his career working in hotels and restaurants and spent 2 years working as a Head Chef at a renowned Michelin Starred Restaurant. Here he learnt a lot about cooking with organic, home grown, and seasonal produce, and would cook for customers as well as run the cookery school and do live demos. In more recent years, he has been working in private homes in the UK and overseas, this has allowed him to expand his skill set and knowledge of cuisines further to include French, Iranian, Japanese and Indian. He also enjoys baking bread, cakes and making desserts.
He knows that his heart lies in working for a private family, where he can provide a bespoke and personal service. He loves the challenge of planning his own menus, dealing with all kinds of dietary requirements, and being told at the drop of a hat that the meal he prepared for 4 people now needs to increase to 8. He is happy to work in a home with children and has a talent of being able to persuade them to try new things.
With a kind and personable nature, he is a joy to have in the kitchen. He is always open to trying new things and developing his craft, and we are sure that his next employers will be delighted with him.
