Taking the Strain of Paying Staff

Paying for staff is one of those regular liabilities that can easily be catered for by a good investment manager with the right skills and a proper service ethos as part of an overall wealth management plan. Indeed, selecting your investment manager should be as diligent a process as choosing your Nanny or Housekeeper.

At Church House Investment Management, we specialise in looking after family groups and all the myriad different interests that are involved in these, including staff. Being private and independent, we understand the issues our clients face and will do our utmost to help take the strain of everyday administration off their shoulders.

Structuring income portfolios (i.e. those that provide a fixed amount every month, for example) to cover regular outgoings such as school fees, care home charges or staffing costs is something we regularly undertake. And having generated the required income according to a pre-agreed set of parameters – the most important of which is attitude to risk – we have a client team dedicated to ensuring payments are made on time, every time, to wherever our client prescribes. To some, this service element is almost more important as investment performance, not that we skimp on that, as our track record going back to 1999 proves.

At Church House, we combine the two in a unique service for the discerning private client.
