The role and duties of Chalet or Villa Management Couple

This role involves the management couple working together as a team to either run or look after a chalet or villa on behalf of a family or an individual on a private basis.

The main duties will include:

  • To ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage and oversee the chalet hosts
  • Train new staff and re-train existing staff as required
  • Quality control of all chalet standards including food and beverages, cleaning, health and safety, budget control and in–chalet service
  • Assist with chalet cleaning and cooking
  • Work to cover any sickness, absence or injury
  • Manage supermarket shopping
  • Organise ski passes and lessons during winter season
  • Pool maintenance during summer season
  • Assist with the smooth running of arrivals and departures days (chalet preparation, logistics and airport transfers)
  • Manage staff welfare
  • Log and record customer feedback for chalets and villas
