The role and duties of Chalet or Villa Management Couple
This role involves the management couple working together as a team to either run or look after a chalet or villa on behalf of a family or an individual on a private basis.
The main duties will include:
- To ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and oversee the chalet hosts
- Train new staff and re-train existing staff as required
- Quality control of all chalet standards including food and beverages, cleaning, health and safety, budget control and in–chalet service
- Assist with chalet cleaning and cooking
- Work to cover any sickness, absence or injury
- Manage supermarket shopping
- Organise ski passes and lessons during winter season
- Pool maintenance during summer season
- Assist with the smooth running of arrivals and departures days (chalet preparation, logistics and airport transfers)
- Manage staff welfare
- Log and record customer feedback for chalets and villas
